Take prior appointment before visiting Crown Records Centre
Stop at security checkpoint and enter your basis details in "Visitors In/Out Register"
Visitor to carry and display their own company provided Identity cards
Hand-over your non-intrinsic pagers, camera, laptops, mobile phones, cigarette lighters, match boxes, sharp objects, any flammable liquids, etc. to security personnel at the security checkpoint before entering the premises
Hand over your bag / baggage's at the security cabin and take token numbers
Obtain a valid visitors pass from the security guard before entering the premises

Secure a work permit and retain it at the site while carrying out any work. your work permit is subject to inspection at any time by security personnel.
Follow safety and security procedures.
Evacuate the site immediately when you hear the emergency alarm/sirens. Go to assembly/muster points displayed in the area assigned by each locality that you are visiting or working with.
Use trash bins for all waste and debris.
Submit your visitor pass before leaving the premises
Sign out "Visitors In/Out Register"
Hand over your token and check your bag / baggage's before leaving
Always ask for Crown staff to accompany just in case if you are moving in the campus
